Built from field experience. Focused on real results.

Redline Operations LLC is based in Aurora, Missouri and built around practical outside-plant experience. The company was created to provide field-level support for fiber construction, restoration, inspection, documentation, and project closeout.

Redline brings the perspective of someone who has spent years in the field around crews, contractors, inspectors, utility conflicts, road crossings, right-of-way concerns, handholes, pedestals, drops, cleanup, and final acceptance work. That experience helps identify problems early, communicate clearly, and keep projects from getting stuck at the finish line.

The goal is simple: provide dependable OSP support from someone who understands what good work looks like in the field, what shortcuts create risk, and what owners, clients, counties, and customers expect when the job is complete.

Full-Spectrum
OSP Services

Phase 1 focuses on aerial construction. I'll add fiber splicing and OTDR testing as Phase 2 once operations are established — keeping things lean and getting you on the wire fast.

01 / 07
Aerial Fiber Lashing
Overlashing single-mode fiber onto existing aerial strand using cable lashing machines. The fastest, most cost-effective method for extending fiber networks on existing pole plant.
02 / 07
New Strand & Lash
Full installation of messenger strand on existing poles, followed by aerial cable lashing. Required for poles without existing strand or where upgrades call for dedicated fiber strand.
03 / 07
Make-Ready Construction
Transfer, rearrangement, and height adjustment of existing cables on utility poles to achieve NESC clearance requirements before new attachments. I coordinate the full make-ready process from one-call through completion.
04 / 07
Drop Installation
Installation of fiber service drops from aerial strand to customer premises. Includes hardware, anchoring, weatherhead, and proper coiling at the NIU or ONT location.
05 / 07
Pole Attachment Work
Down guys, anchors, push braces, riser installation, and pole grounding. I handle the hardware and attachment work that keeps aerial plant safe and compliant.
06 / 07
Site Restoration & Cleanup
Post-construction restoration of yards, easements, and right-of-ways disturbed during aerial or OSP fiber work — seeding, erosion control, debris and spoil removal, and repair of driveways, fences, or landscaping affected by the build. I leave every property looking like I was never there.
07 / 07
Emergency Restoration
24/7 emergency response for storm damage, vehicle strikes, and unplanned outages. I'm local — when lines are down, I mobilize fast. Being based in Aurora means I'm already in your territory, not driving from Kansas City.
Phase 2 — Coming Once Established
Fiber Splicing & OTDR Testing
Fusion splicing, OTDR trace, and network test documentation — I'll add these once aerial operations are cash-flowing. Not yet offered.
PHASE 2 • ~12–18 MONTHS OUT

Why Contractors & ISPs
Choose Redline

01
20 Years in the Field
I don't manage from a trailer — I work the line. Two decades of aerial coax and fiber means I've seen every scenario, fixed every problem, and know what a quality lash job looks like from 40 feet up.
02
Local, Low-Mobilization Costs
Based in Aurora, MO, I'm already in the rural Southwest Missouri corridor. Lower mobilization, no out-of-state per diem, faster response to emergency calls. I take on jobs the big nationals pass on because they're not worth the drive.
03
Construction + Restoration Under One Contract
Most contractors build and leave the mess behind for someone else to deal with. I handle the full job — aerial construction, make-ready, and post-build site restoration — so you're not chasing down a separate landscaping crew once the fiber's in the air.
04
BEAD Program Ready
I understand the documentation, quality, and safety requirements that come with federally-funded projects. I'm properly bonded, insured, and equipped to meet the compliance standards that BEAD subgrants require.
Market Opportunity

The BEAD Program Is Building Rural Broadband Now

The $42.45 billion Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) program is actively funding fiber construction across rural America through 2030. Missouri's rural corridors are a priority target. Construction is accelerating through 2026, and demand for an experienced local aerial contractor like me far exceeds current supply.
